1. One-Time Purchases

All Provic Tutors purchases are one-time payments for time-limited access (30 or 60 days) — not subscriptions. There is no recurring billing to cancel.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because access to digital practice content is granted immediately, purchases are generally final. We will consider a refund when:

  • You were charged but never received access due to a technical failure on our side.
  • You were double-charged for the same purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong item and have not accessed the practice content.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through the contact page within 7 days of purchase, including the email address used at checkout and the order date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Free Preview

Every practice test includes a free question preview so you can evaluate the content before purchasing.
